The first International Summer Acadmey on Structural Assessment, Monitoring and Control. took place from July 14 - 18. 2003. It was an One-Week-Event at the Robinson College of the Cambridge University. About 90 persons participated in the event, 37% of them came from industry and the rest of the participants were researchers and students.
