How to reach the venue

To Ispra By Car
The JRC is situated at Ispra on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore, about 60 km NW of Milan. The nearest motorway exit is ’Sesto Calende/Vergiate' on the A26 to Gravellona Toce. From there, follow signs to Besozzo. After about 10 km and several sets of traffic lights, turn left to 'Cadrezzate'. Follow the road through Travedona and Cadrezzate, down the hill to the roundabout in front of the entrance to the JRC and the car parking on the right. Please remember that in Italy motorway signs are green.  
From Malpensa airport
Please note that a shuttle service will be organised from Milan-Malpensa airport ( arrival hall exit 3 )
to your assigned hotel.
Follow signs to Busto Arsizio and to Motorway A8. Follow Varese/Sesto Calende (Motorway A8) and
at the junction follow Sesto Calende/Gravellona Toce (Motorway A26). See above for further directions.
From Linate airport
Follow signs to Varese/Como-Chiasso/Malpensa airport (‘Tangenziale ovest’). After the toll, follow
signs for Varese/Sesto Calende (Motorway A8) and at the junction follow
Sesto Calende/Gravellona Toce (Motorway A26). See above for further directions.
From Orio al serio airport/Bergamo
Follow sings to Milano/Torino (Motorway A7). After the exit Cormano, follow the sing for
Varese/Como-Chiasso (Motorway A8-A7). At the junction, follow the sing for
Sesto Calende/Gravellona Toce (Motorway A26). See above for further directions.
